Position Details:
We are hiring a Senior Unity Developer to join the team under our Lead Developer. This is a contract position estimated at 8 months, with potential for ongoing work post-launch.
Pay:
$45 - $100 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Implement deterministic game logic using Unity and C#
- Integrate Photon Quantum or similar rollback-based networking frameworks
- Build core combat systems: hitboxes, input buffers, frame data
- Integrate existing 3D and animation assets into final gameplay
- Work closely with gameplay design and art
- Ensure gameplay performance across a wide range of mobile devices (iOS, Android)
Required Skills

Unity & C# Proficiency: 4+ years of professional experience

Rollback/Deterministic Netcode: Photon Quantum preferred; others acceptable (custom or open-source solutions)

IOS Development: Proficiency in developing and optimizing Unity games for iOS platforms.

Fighting Game Physics: Hitbox logic, frame data systems, state machines

Software Architecture: Clean, scalable codebases suitable for long-term live service
