Gambito - Lead Artist - 3D Artist & Web Designer - $5000 per month for 3 months

About the Role: We are seeking a part-time super talented artist to assist in creating a Web3 board game. The ideal candidate should communicate well with a remote team and be a self-starter, ensuring high-quality game development. References and portfolio required.

Responsibilities:

Design, model, and texture 3D game assets, including characters, environments, and props, in line with a modern, cyber-punk aesthetic.
Build and manage a user-friendly, visually captivating website to showcase the game, incorporating Web3 functionality where needed.
Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure cohesive visual branding across the game and web platform.
Optimize both game assets and website for performance without compromising quality.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and asset optimization for games.
2+ years of experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with Web3 tools like wallets.
Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, and website design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Webflow.
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (VueJS, Quasar) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience and portfolio required.
References in AAA game development or other high quality work history required.
Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
Must be a proactive individual who welcomes accountability.
