We are now looking to expand our magnific team. Specifically we are looking for a 3D Artist Generalist who will work together with our Art Director on creating the face of the game. It is important that you have experience with diverse skills that are important for providing mobile app game art to its full extent.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Art Director on multiple aspects of game art production such as 3D characters, 3D Buildings, as well as animation
- Create art pipelines
- Concept Art, 2D drafting
- Create models for different elements of the Gameplay
- Optimize, revisit, modify existing objects / models
- Import 3D assets into Unity
- Maintain a high level of quality while working within design constraints and balancing real time performance
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with your team, art director, and production lead
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Strong and varied portfolio showing examples of your work from multiple disciplines
- Good skills in modelling, shading and rendering (preferably with Blender, Maya or Modo)
- Relevant experience with projects in the gaming industry for at least 2 years
- Good unity game engine knowledge
- Knowledge of the technical pipeline and the process of game development
- Capability of working with a lot of personal responsibility
- A passion to push yourself and learn new skills
Pluses:
- Good knowledge of midcore and multiplayer games
- Basic knowledge in rigging and skinning
- Experience to work with outsourcing teams & freelance artists
