REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine components (Landscape, Lighting, Post-processes, Particle Systems, Physics, Profiling);
- Working with materials and shaders in UE;
- Understanding the entire process of developing and optimizing content for the game engine. Basic knowledge of some 3D software (Maya/3D Max/Blender, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter);
- Landscape – work with landscape tools, filling, materials and displacement;
- Understanding the full cycle of game development and the specifics of optimization. Search for possible ways to increase FPS, compromises for problem areas;
- Ability to work with technical documentation;
- Ability to work with version control systems.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience with Blueprints;
- Knowledge of one of the programming languages (C++, python);
- Experience in writing tools for automation;
- UE5 – getting to know the new features of the engine.
