Job Summary:
We are a statup making cogntive games for children powered by AI. We ned a Creative Director who can lead and own the artistic and creative direction of the company’s game development projects. This role defines the overall creative vision, visual style, narrative tone, and player experience, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, age-appropriate, and visually engaging games for children aged 7–13.
This post requred the Creative Director to work hands-on with Unity and related production pipelines to enhance visual quality, optimize aesthetics, and ensure art direction is technically feasible and efficiently implemented within the game engine. This position requires a balance of creative leadership, child-centric design sensibility, and technical understanding of game engines, alongside close cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and AI teams to deliver polished, innovative, and scalable game experiences that align with company goals, market trends, and player expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Define, own, and clearly communicate the creative vision, art direction, and narrative identity across multiple game projects.
• Lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary creative teams, including game designers, artists, animators, writers, and AI-assisted content creators.
• Collaborate closely with producers, engineers, AI teams, and business stakeholders to ensure creative ambition is aligned with technical feasibility, budgets, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee the design and coherence of storylines, gameplay systems, characters, environments, and progression mechanics to ensure a consistent and engaging player experience.
• Review, evaluate, and provide structured feedback on creative outputs, including game assets, UI/UX flows, storyboards, scripts, prototypes, and AI-generated content.
• Mentor and develop creative team members, establishing clear standards, scalable workflows, and a collaborative, high-performance creative culture.
 
Qualifications Required:
• Professional-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role within the gaming or interactive media industry.
• Demonstrated track record of leading game projects end-to-end, from concept and creative vision through production, launch, and commercialization.
• Strong understanding of the full game development pipeline, including pre-production, production, post-production, and live operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard creative and game development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent platforms.
• Practical knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and workflows, including generative art, animation, prototyping, and AI-enhanced productivity pipelines.
• Ability to use Unity game engine workflows to support the team in improving visual quality, gameplay aesthetics, and production efficiency.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, player experience design, and player psychology, particularly in engagement-driven and learning-based games.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams (design, art, engineering, AI, and product).
• Strategic creative thinking with the ability to innovate, align creative direction with business goals, and scale creative output effectively.
