Comfortable animating in 3DS Max (or willingness to transition to 3DS Max in a reasonable period of time).
Will be animating using a combination of CAT, Biped, as well as custom rigs.
Should be comfortable working with motion captured animations as well as procedurally generated motion (multi limbed characters, robots and creatures etc) and able to amend or clean the motion to help speed up the workflow.
Will be animating mechanical and bio-mechanical characters as well as flying ships.
Able to convey good characteristics via body motion alone.
Good sense of scale and timing to be able to animate characters which seem large and heavy.
Efficient in creating convincing looping animations and understands transitions and types of blending in game animation.
Experience with UE4 and video game animations is a plus but not required.
