The mythical world of Yami: The Dream has a lot of strange and magical moments. These moments will need to brought to life by our VFX artist/Programmer. We are looking for a person to join our creative team who understands what we are trying to create—someone who feels that they can realise and expand our vision.
Job description
Work with our gameplay programmer and creative director to create believable story-driven VFX in Unity Shader Graph. You understand visual shader editing. Your work will need to be light, believable, fluid and seamless. You will be able to code in C#. We build in Unity HDRP and use the Unity Shader Graph.
Good to have
An understanding of Blender and Adobe CS.
An added bonus
Some understanding of Houdini.
This role would be suited to someone who loves games like ICO, The Last Guardian, Journey, Uncharted and Rime.
