Sketchbook Games - 3D Environment Artist/ Generalist
Full-Time or Part-time - 11 month freelance contract.
Remote - Working from Home flexibly around GMT/BST hours plus
ideally meeting for co-working one day a month in London.

Sketchbook Games are looking for a highly creative and talented 3D Artist who is experienced with the Unreal Engine and can rapidly create and implement 3D art and environments. We want you to help us make games that have something to say and can make a positive difference to our players' lives. We’re a small team so skills in any other discipline are a great bonus, such as animation.
Must have:
- Art experience on two or more shipped commercial games (excluding Itch.io only titles)
- Experience with set dressing and lighting environments
- Experience of asset creation in a 3D program
- Ability to correctly configure/ create collisions
- Experience implementing and optimising 3D Assets for PC/Console Games

We would ideally like you to:

- Have experience with Level Streaming
- Have an understanding of rendering and VFX systems
- Be experienced in Unreal Engine 5 or 4 and know the fundamentals of Unreal Blueprints
- Have worked on a stylized game/asset/project
- Have VR experience optimising 3D Assets for Meta Quest 3 and rendering in Android
- Utilise best practices when creating assets
