Key Responsibilities:
- Creating supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Manage stock inventory levels with first party & arrange any ad-hoc stock transportation
- Collection of orders for sale of physical products (games) and placing production orders at the manufacturers
- Submit products to the warehouse, assign PZ numbers, setting up indexes, BOM forms for new products.
- Place title D1 orders & subsequent reorders.
- Lead the operations planning process across the portfolio in partnership with the VP of Sales & Financial Director. This includes defining framework, rituals, cadence, calendar and executions
- Create and implement product management processes
- Product lifecycle management and roadmap planning
- Enter production documents into systems.
- Building and maintaining work backlogs; tracking, scheduling
- Assemble final products from components in the accounting system (RAKS)
- Issue sales invoices for physical products and release the respective
- documents.
- Processing purchasing orders in a timely manner in accordance with the purchasing procedures and in cooperation with other internal departments.
- Monthly reconciliation of warehouse balances with accounting records
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries as required by the business.
- Assist with all aspects of purchase ledger work: resolving queries and managing payments.
- Sales customer service
- Support the wider Finance and Sales team with ad hoc project work.
- Co- management of fixed assets (mainly IT equipment)
- Input to budgeting process
- Participating in the annual stock taking
