The opportunity

We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to lead our marketing efforts as our Head of Marketing. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity to leave your mark and shape a rapidly growing and impactful business. You will be responsible for building and executing a marketing plan to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with GamerSafer's business goals and includes a go-to-market plan.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to produce engaging, high-quality content across various channels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns, optimize digital marketing channels, and monitor campaign performance to drive high-quality leads and brand awareness.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts by working closely with the business development team and founders, and communicate marketing plans and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve our objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Mandatory: 6+ years of experience in marketing within the games industry. Experience in startups, tech, or cybersecurity is a bonus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Compensation & Perks

Competitive compensation (salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience).
Paid Time Off: 2 weeks, every 6 months
