Game launch marketeer intern
We are looking for a Launch marketing manager that is passionate about making the best possible launch campaign for the indie title Necesse.
Fair Games is a fully self-funded indie studio, working on its Early Access title, Necesse. Since 2023 we have been expanding from a one-man studio to become a small indie studio and are proud to offer complete creative independence. If you are passionate about figuring out the best ways to engage and nurture player communities, build campaigns and play a crucial and pivotal role in unlocking the market potential for Necesse, then this job is for you!
You’ll be creating fun and engaging marketing content for our social media platforms, running both paid and unpaid campaigns and managing our Discord community with the aim of growing our audience and potential player base.
Preferred requirements:
- Fluent or mother tongue in English, Chinese or Spanish.
- Working ability in Danish or English
- Pragmatic personality, able to focus on what’s best for Necesse and effectively and efficiently use the limited resources in indie game development.
- Ability to be creative and experiment with video captures, press copy, rendering, community building etc.
- Create and document tone of voice in ads and promotions.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards working.
- Great communication skills, being able to share and receive feedback from the team.
- Minimum 15 hrs per week as per how your educational institution manages internships.
Good to have:
- Having experience engaging with enthusiastic players.
- Previous experience launching games on Steam.
- Knowledge of Necesse and a passion to work on it.
