Work at ustwo games

We’re always looking to challenge ourselves in the types of games we make and the audiences we want to reach, and we want the best team mates to join us on our journey to help us do this.

We are from different countries, backgrounds, and walks of life; we have varied experiences across the games industry, as well as other creative fields such as animation, illustration and digital product design. It’s this diverse mix of voices and experiences that encourages us to think about games in non-traditional ways, and also makes sure our social calendar is pretty eclectic!

While we're moving in the right direction, we also know there are things we still need to improve. We strive to shift minds and behaviours to be more inclusive and celebrate what makes each of us unique. Our ambition is to create a workplace where people feel they can be their authentic self and have a sense of belonging.

We are a people centric company aiming to make a positive impact in the world, and we believe that the best way to do it is by fostering true diversity of thought and a commitment to creating a workplace where every person is appreciated for who they are and can have the space to thrive and grow.

About Ustwo Games

We’re a small (and great) games studio located in Oval, South London. From unique beginnings - starting life in a UX/UI design studio background - we wanted to bring what is meaningful about games to all those people who don’t consider themselves gamers. To do that we have to make sure every game is platform-perfect and the user experience is easy for anyone to pick up.

We want our games to leave a lasting impression so we lean into real life experiences and interests outside of games to create experiences that feel personal and relatable. Our first few games released exclusively on mobile and our break out hits were the BAFTA and Apple Design award-winning Monument Valley and Monument Valley 2.

From there, we branched out to other platforms with titles like Land’s End, a highly acclaimed and polished VR experience on the Gear VR / Oculus Go, and our first cross-platform release BAFTA-nominated Assemble with Care - a narrative Puzzle Game launched on Apple Arcade in 2019, and Steam in 2020. Our most recent release is Alba: a Wildlife Adventure, which came out on PC and Apple Arcade in December 2020. Soon, Alba will be our first release on console, as we’re bringing it to the Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
