About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Manager to help nurture and grow our player community across Discord, Steam, and social platforms. You’ll assist with player engagement, event coordination, and feedback collection — working closely with our lead developer to ensure our community feels heard, informed, and inspired as we build the future of our game together.

Responsibilities

Moderate and engage with players on Discord, Steam, and social media.
Create short posts, video highlights, polls, and event updates.
Collect and organize player feedback and bug reports.
Assist with community events, giveaways, and creator outreach.
Bridging the gap between our development team, moderators, and community members.
Actively participate in development tests, interfacing with our volunteer focus testers.

Requirements

Strong written communication skills and professional tone.
Familiarity with Steam, Discord moderation, and community tools (Mee6, AutoMod, etc.).
Passion for PC games, especially survival, colony sims, or RPGs.
Solid understanding of social media management and marketing efforts.
Experience with graphics production, video production and shorts.

Bonus Skills

Experience with Photoshop and short-form video editing software. (OBS/Premiere)
Understanding of Early Access development cycles or player feedback systems.
Knowledge & Passion for medieval builders or simulation games.
