Genfanad is a retro-inspired MMO in early access which is looking to launch fully on Steam later this year. Rose Tinted Games is looking for help growing and increasing activity in our community, across Discord, our website, Reddit, Twitter, and Patreon.

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and appealing content based on live gameplay, concept art and in-development screenshots.
- Plan and share content regularly across all social media channels, interacting with our audience as we go.
- Work as a bridge between our team and our players, capturing and summarizing feedback and presenting developer feedback in an audience-friendly way.
- Continue our brand voice [irreverent, humorous writing, critique of industry trends]

Skills:
- Social media experience. Follower growth, post engagement, and community interaction are primary metrics.
- Basic media skills including image and video capture, cropping, and editing.
- Interpersonal skills. You should love meeting and talking to people, collecting feedback, discussing it, and have a thick hide and not take criticism from the public personally.
- Retro MMO experience is a large plus!

Qualifications:
- Ability to legally freelance remotely for a US-based company.
- English fluency is required.
- Either a college degree or on-the-job experience with marketing and/or community management.
- Ability to join meetings in the PST time zone, and to be on social media at times approprate to US/EU market time zones.
- Ability to work independently while taking guidance and managing your own time spent.
- Working effectively across a diverse team and audience.

- Ability to attend video calls with the team weekly.

Bonus skills:
- Retro MMO player or development experience.
- Any contributions to the team content-wise are welcome as well.

Compensation:
- Based on experience, hours, and negotiated job duties.
- Compensation ranges between $500-2500/month.
