We are looking for an outstanding App Store Optimisation Specialist who will increase and improve our presence on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Are you a skilled ASO expert with experience in successfully marketing apps or games in the app stores through organic growth strategies? Are you passionate about games and understand the trends in mobile gaming, app stores, user acquisition, user behavior and monetization? We are looking for an analytically strong ASO Expert who wants to make a direct impact on the growth of the business through state of the art, innovative ASO strategies and techniques. Your mission is to be hands-on in managing the full cycle of our ASO activities.

This is a full-time and remote/office position.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in search marketing
Organised, detail-oriented and work well independently
With knowledge of traditional and modern marketing funnels
Knowledge of marketing elements within: traditional and digital marketing, SEO, social media etc.
Share best practices and ASO insights regularly with internal teams
Wide knowledge of content marketing and search engine marketing
Outstanding analytical, proactive and communication skills
Design Skills: understanding of user psychology and translating this understanding into effective user experience
Knowledge in scope of conversion optimization in mobile applications
Understanding of digital acquisition funnel as well as performance tracking techniques

REQUIRED SKILLS

Expert knowledge of:

A/B tests
ASO techniques
Confident in building strategies and processes and have the ability to scale these globally
Data-driven decision maker, with ability to process and present data
Confident in building strategies and processes and have the ability to scale these globally
Project management

RESPONSIBILITIES AT THIS POSITION

Lead our ASO effort
Increase and improve our presence on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Constantly keep up-to-speed with frequent App Store changes
Suggest improvements
Evaluate and apply results of A/B tests
Share knowledge with Management team
