We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Web3 Game Marketing Manager to join our team and help us promote our blockchain-based games to a global audience. As a Senior Web3 Game Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our games in the Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across Web3 channels, including social media, email, influencer marketing, paid media, and events, to grow brand awareness and increase our community & user base in a global scale.
Develop and execute special marketing projects containing key deliverables, rollouts, timeline, and budget to drive user engagement and retention.
Monitor progress of marketing projects, gather analytics, and report on campaigns and channels to optimize results.
Collaborate with Creative team to produce video, trailers, and key visual content to effectively communicate our games and brand to our audience.
Collaborate with Blockchain team to promote blockchain features and educate users on the benefits of decentralized gaming.
Collaborate with BD team to determine the most effective approaches for go-to-market initiatives and partnerships.

Requirements:

Strong background in gaming industry, Web3, blockchain, and NFTs.
3-4 years of experience in crypto marketing and project management.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively take ownership, lead, organize, prioritize, strategically plan, execute, and consistently produce deliverables on time.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English
Prefreably Vietnamese or Filipino.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with community management, DAO governance, and DeFi marketing.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization in the Web3 ecosystem.
Strong network of contacts within the Web3 ecosystem.
