About the Job:
We are looking for a talented mid-to-senior-level Community & Content Manager to help bring our unannounced, VR multiplayer fantasy game to life! As a pivotal early team member, you’ll shape our studio’s voice, build an engaged community from the ground up, and create hype around our project through bold and innovative content.
We’re looking for someone who is a long-form and short-form content wizard, loves sparking conversations, and can turn a once-hidden game into the next big obsession. If you live for visual storytelling and building passionate communities, this is your chance to leave a lasting mark on Midow’s legacy.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce short & long-form videos and eye-catching thumbnails
- Develop a long-term content strategy plan to tease, reveal and grow excitement for our unreleased game.
- Manage Midow’s social media pages, including scheduling and posting content
- Work closely with the team to generate content ideas and turn behind-the-scenes secrets into must-see content.
- Launch and manage community channels (Discord, Reddit, etc)
- Engage with the Midow community regularly
- Come up with fun ideas and memes related to Midow and our VR multiplayer game
- Write blog posts and updates to fuel excitement.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A creative maverick - you don’t just follow trends, you set them.
- Strong portfolio showcasing different types of content, including video and images
- 3+ years experience in game marketing and outreach
- Expert in Video Content Creation (Adobe Suite)
- Proficiency in image creation tools for Thumbnails (Photoshop, Canva)
- Experience with Community Management
- Strong understanding of SEO and other visibility metrics.
- Strong content writing skills
- Out of the box thinker
- You are a team player with strong communication and reliability skills
- A strong passion for games, fantasy and magic
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with agile and iterative workflows.
- Fluent in English

- Up to date on trending memes and news in the video game community
- Familiar with Unity 3D and recording within it
- Familiarity with AI tools to speed up the workflow
