We’re looking for a Technical Artist to work at the intersection of art and engineering here at Mega Cat Studios. This role is focused on making sure assets are implemented efficiently and correctly, helping maintain visual quality while optimizing for performance.
You’ll collaborate closely with artists, designers, and engineers. You'll work on integrating assets into the engine, improving workflows, and building tools that support a scalable art pipeline. We’re especially looking for someone who can identify problems before they become blockers, and work cross-functionally to solve them.
Experience with Unity is preferred, as well as familiarity with performance profiling, shader/material systems, and asset optimization. Depending on your strengths, you may also contribute to areas like rigging, VFX, or custom tool development.
