We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in high-level C++ coding and a strong foundation in data structures. As a problem-solving enthusiast, you'll play a key role in crafting clean, high-quality code and actively engaging in code review processes.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code.
Implement high-quality performance modules.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions for these issues.
Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
Perform end-to-end development and deployment of C++ applications and libraries for exchange gateways, trading strategy execution, risk management, and trade reporting.
Develop systems to monitor, analyze, and enhance the performance, integrity, and reliability of existing applications.
Investigate and resolve issues with real-time production systems.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify ways to improve technical performance and explore new trading opportunities, ensuring that results are valid and reproducible.
Collaborate with technical and business colleagues to develop new trading strategies and systems.
Communicate technical knowledge to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficient in writing and debugging C++ programs using Visual Studio.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming in C++.
Familiarity with the use of templates.
Familiarity with the STL or Boost library.

Requirements

Proficient in high-level C++ coding with a strong grasp of data structures.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic about crafting clean, high-quality code.
Actively engaged in code review processes as both a reviewer and participant.
Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record in relevant software development, including design.
Skilled in C++ software development.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and continuous integration.
Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded programming, processor/board architecture, and design.
Practical knowledge of Linux, Windows, VxWorks, or other real-time operating systems.
Comfortable working with target hardware and in laboratory settings.

Would also be nice to have

Advanced English;
Education and technical requirements: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Game Development Technology, similar courses or equivalent experience;
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
