Job Title: Lead Programmer NFTs, Blockchain, Mobile, and PC Gaming
Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Lead Programmer to spearhead development efforts for our gaming company, specializing in NFTs, Blockchain, and platforms spanning mobile and PC. As a key leader, you will guide a talented team in creating innovative gaming experiences at the forefront of technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a dynamic programming team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Set strategic goals, manage work assignments, and ensure the team delivers high-quality products on schedule.
2. NFTs and Blockchain Development:
- Spearhead the design and implementation of NFT and Blockchain technologies into gaming projects.
- Innovate on incorporating blockchain features, such as asset ownership and decentralized systems.
3. Mobile and PC Gaming:
- Oversee the development of gaming applications for both mobile and PC platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate unique features tailored to each platform.
4. System Architecture:
- Design scalable and efficient systems that leverage NFTs and Blockchain for enhanced gaming experiences.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of applications across diverse platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in game development, with expertise in NFTs and Blockchain.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages suitable for both mobile and PC development (e.g., C++, C#, Swift, Kotlin).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with NFTs, Blockchain technologies, and smart contracts.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming platforms and PC distribution channels.
