Since 2017 we’ve been working with the official Minecraft team as a partner in providing them with entertaining content for Minecraft players on the Minecraft Marketplace. We create story-driven adventures, fun minigames and beautiful worlds for players all around the world to enjoy and explore!
We’re also passionate about using Minecraft as a tool in education! We’ve worked with teachers and the official Minecraft Education team on creating beautiful and immersive educational content, making it more attractive for teachers all around the world to adopt Minecraft in their classroom!

Art Manager Role

Everbloom is looking for a skilled Art Manager to help oversee the overall art direction of Everbloom Games. As the Art department manager, you will become an integral part of our community, being responsible for not only art team management, but the overall art direction of Everbloom Games. You will be involved in preproduction to assist with scope and project ideas and coordinate with your team to achieve consistent, high-quality assets. Art manager responsibilities will also include reviewing all art for feedback and final approval, ensuring that projects are submitted in a timely manner in accordance with project schedules.
Responsibilities:
Management of the art theme and overall direction for Everbloom Games
Assist producers and team leads with project planning
Ensure overall art consistency and timeliness of projects
Manage a team of 8 artists within the art department
Promote, contribute to and participate in our company culture
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in texture/model skills is preferred but not required
