Our Development Vision
We believe that small, high-performance, highly-coordinated teams of talented individual contributors can move mountains. • You love being a generalist and you’re able to learn any part of game development that might be necessary to keep the studio moving forward, from game programming, to networking, build, infrastructure etc.
  • You have 3+ years of experience working as a senior or lead programmer in games.
  • You’re comfortable rapid prototyping, making the right tradeoffs between the now and the long term.
  • You are scrappy, resourceful, results-oriented and have worked on small teams with tight deadlines shipping commercial products.
  • You’re an excellent communicator who proactively keeps the team in sync about your progress.
  • You take ownership of you work, don’t require supervision, and move with a sense of urgency.
