Worldspark Studios is currently seeking out AAA veterans to help us build what we call "world-as-a-service", a unique hub-and-spoke take on an interconnected ecosystem of AAA-quality games on the blockchain. We know Blockchain can have several meanings (often negative), so it's important to note that Worldspark's blockchain integration does NOT affect the core game loop, meaning we value gameplay and fun first and foremost.
As a Technical Director at Worldspark Studios, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering development within the Unreal Engine and potential services/software alongside it. You will collaborate with other disciplines and teams to help define and prioritize engineering team initiatives. You will be responsible for leading and working across areas such as gameplay, development workflows, release pipelines, service integration, and more. Above all, you will be working with a fun, talented, and inclusive cross-discipline team to build a game that players get to have fun in while also earning real value from playing the game.
