As the Community Manager, you will be the face of our gaming community. You will foster engagement, build relationships, and ensure our players have an unparalleled gaming experience. You will play a vital role in shaping our community's culture and advocating for the player perspective.

- Engaging with players through forums, social media, discord and other platforms to build a strong and positive community.
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, where community guidelines are enforced and concerns are addressed.
- Communicating player feedback and community sentiments to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Planning and execute events to enhance player engagement and strengthen the gaming community.
- Developing and sharing community-centric content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Staying informed about gaming trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our community initiatives.
Of course, you won't be alone on this mission - you'll be collaborating with the entire team and outside vendors to ensure we're maximizing our efforts and achieving our goals!
Here’s what you'll be bringing to the team:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management roles for gaming communities (FPS preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing gaming communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for gaming with a deep understanding of player communities.
- Experience with social media platforms, forums, discord and other community management tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging community content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
