The Opportunity
Seeking a Unity Tech Artist with ample experience in shaders, rendering, optimization, and Universal Render Pipeline. Steamcore is an online-multiplayer game with brand new social mechanics; because of the massive nature of the experience, great optimization for a wide range of PC specs is a major cornerstone for us.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years professional experience in a Tech Artist or Art+Development position.
- Highly skilled in shader code, C#, Shader Graph, VFX Graph, animation systems and asset optimization.
- Knowledge of the entire Unity pipeline and all components.
- Experience in Git workflow
- Experience in Asset Bundles / Addressable asset system
- Self-starter attitude, with the ability to identify and correct problem areas on your own, helping upskill the team and establishing internal best practices.
