Rose Tinted Games is a small indie studio preparing to launch a retro revival MMO later this year.

We are looking for a self-starting marketing and social media expert to represent our game in our upcoming crowdfunding and launch push. Advice and guidance will be provided but we are looking for someone who can jump in and take the initiative!

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Take the lead and independently research and test marketing strategies.
- Create social media content by working with our team to get in-development images and video, capturing game footage and images, and curating art and writing.
- Post engaging content to social media to expand our game's reach.
- Interact and grow our social media followings.
- Engage with the community and increase activity in our game Discord.
- Coordinate with our PR agency to ensure all tasks are met and to get advise and support on strategy.
- Continue our brand voice [irreverent, humorous writing, critique of industry trends]

Skills Required:
- English fluency.
- Availability to work during peak NA/EU marketing times.
- Professional demeanor - this is a customer and gamer facing role and it is important to act as the face of the company.
- Working knowledge of creative tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, GIMP, Aseprite, etc.
- Creativity - ability to take trends and produce content that can go viral.
- Ability to work independently while taking guidance and managing your own time spent.
- Working effectively across a diverse team and audience.
- Knowing to effectively push back and contribute to company strategy.

Experience:
- Either a college degree or on-the-job experience with marketing and/or community management.
- MMORPG and/or casual lifestyle game experience. [FF14, Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, among many others]

Compensation:
- Based on experience, the range we're looking at is for $1500-2800/month.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to start on April 1st 2022, but we are flexible and can accommodate a ramp-up time.
