About the Role
DreamForge lets anyone turn an idea into a playable game with AI, and we want someone to show the world what people are creating. We're looking for a creative, online-native Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, and to be the friendly voice that keeps our community engaged. You live on social platforms, you know what makes a video stop the scroll, and you genuinely enjoy talking with players.
This is a fully remote role. We're open to full-time or part-time depending on your availability and fit.
What You'll Do
- Create short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that shows off the games and worlds people build with DreamForge
- Own and run our content calendar across all social channels
- Capture, edit, and publish clips, screenshots, and trend-driven posts
- Engage daily with our community — replying to comments, DMs, and conversations on Discord and social
- Spot and ride trends, sounds, and memes relevant to gaming and creative tools
- Surface community feedback and highlights back to the team
- Track what's working with basic analytics and keep iterating
What We're Looking For
- A strong instinct for short-form video and what performs on TikTok and Instagram
- Hands-on video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Friendly, clear written communication and a genuine love of community
- A self-starter who can own the social calendar with minimal oversight
- Bonus: gaming enthusiast, experience with Discord communities, design or motion skills, or a track record growing a brand or creator account
