Role Overview:
As the Lead Community Manager at Project SEED, you'll be the driving force behind our community engagement efforts. You'll shape our community strategy, create meaningful interactions, and cultivate an environment where players are not just users, but passionate advocates for our games.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy that aligns with Project SEED's goals and values.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community culture where players feel heard, valued, and connected.
- Manage and grow our online community across various platforms, including social media, forums, Discord, and more.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our community, from game updates to educational posts about Web3 technology.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless player experience.
- Monitor community discussions, respond to inquiries, and address concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Organize and host community events, contests, and giveaways to drive engagement and excitement.
- Collect and analyze community feedback to provide insights for product improvement and innovation.
- Identify and collaborate with key community influencers and ambassadors to expand our reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in community management and blockchain gaming.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community management, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Passion for blockchain technology and a solid understanding of Web3 concepts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive community issues.
- Proven track record of fostering positive community engagement and growth.
- Collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, etc.) is a plus.
