Network Coder(AWS+GameLift+Steam) for Multiplayer Game

We have a functioning PvP multiplayer combat game for PC that uses Unreal UE4 + AWS GameLift + Linux + Steam combo. The tasks are:
1) The network code has to be audited and if need be, fully optimised for deployment.
2) We are seeing spurious issues with creating and joining game lobbies. This needs a thorough analysis and a solution.
