NOWWA is looking for highly talented Unreal Engine 4 Senior Developers to help us build amazing online experiences for our game BulletVille. We are building a fast paced 3rd Person Parkour Hero Shooter with a big roster, lots of guns and a ton of abilities!

Responsibilities:
- Work within a smaller team to execute an ambitious project
- Coordinate with team and management on game direction
- Work on many core areas of the project such as Weapons, Abilities, Locomotion, UI, Game Modes and much more
- Self manage personal production time and meet goals/deadlines
- Contribute toward maintaining and improving project health, standards, optimization, tools and code base
- Help others to fix code and offer solutions when issues arise
Qualifications:
- Highly experienced with Unreal Engine 4, especially with networking/replication in a PvP environment using C++ and Blueprints
- Ability to Architect, Refactor and Prototype tools and systems as needed
- Shipped games/over 5 years working professionally
- Experience working on FPS/TPS games, especially multiplayer
- High quality of work with attention to detail and self testing
- Strong understanding and use of source control (P4V)
- Work well with others on the team, especially cross discipline
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; other languages a bonus
- Professional communication practices in a remote work environment
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Nice to have:
- Server/Backend experience
- Leadership experience, especially in the game industry
- Technical Art skills, including asset optimization and performance
- Technical Animation skills using UE4’s Animation Blueprints
