Description

As an Art Producer, you’ll work with the Creative Director and the production team to champion the art direction, manage the art team, and maintain the art schedule. Join a passionate team of talented individuals working on an innovative AAA team shooter with new and interesting challenges in a world where slime is ubiquitous.

Responsibilities

Be the right hand to the Creative Director and help bring the game's spirit and artistic vision to life through content reviews and presentation to the community of players
Partner up with Genpop Leadership to define and maintain the art roadmap, ensuring priorities are clear and deadlines are met
Define and optimize workflows to avoid bottlenecks
Track and report the development of assets through the pipeline
Help enforce the art budget
Create and maintain the style guide
Manage the art team through one on ones and talent planning
Anticipate and communicate risks and issues to the production lead
Help maintain the Wiki and ensure assets are easily accessible to the team

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience
1+ years experience in video game development
Experience shipping game projects
Familiarity with video game content pipelines

Nice to Have

Familiar with Unreal Engine 4/5
An active interest in eSports
