Our Story
Before Genpop, much of the team had been tasked with transitioning their AAA teams into an entirely work from home production overnight. This was an eye opening experience and we felt these new paradigms were being held back by old traditions. We designed Genpop's culture to maximize the potential of this new way to work, to build a new kind of studio, to make a new kind of game.
Work when you want, where you want. At Genpop we know that you are a professional and being a professional is knowing how you work best. Some of us here follow a more traditional work hour schedule, and some don't. It's up to you.

Our team consists of talented individuals, some who have successfully shipped multiple AAA games with combined decades of game development experience, and others who are shipping their first title with opportunity abound.
