Job Description
Enver Experience is building the next generation of blockchain games. We are looking to build a team of industry specialists to come together to build high quality AA & AAA game experiences. Enver Experience has a vision to be the leading blockchain gaming company. Our foundation is built on quality. As a member of our client-facing team, you will work with game developers in designing, supporting implementation, and launching for a multiplayer blockchain game. You will work with the game director, producers and engineers to ensure the success of an overall game production. You care about providing the best support to the game developers, as well as creating the next big AA or AAA game!

Core Responsibilities
- Architect end game solution and break all development deliverables into sprints
- Create team structure and identify development personal needed for each game
- Identity best technologies and frameworks for each game that enables long term scalability
- Set up development procedures, protocols, and process for new games
- Passion for playing and making games
Requirements
- Work with Design, Art, and Engineering teams to understand project goals, priorities, and vision for new games
- Strong drive to iterate quickly and often
- Proven experience of presenting solution with a complex technical product
- Experience designing a game architecture from scratch
- Leading a team to build a high quality games utilizing best practices and techniques
- Passion for building great product with examples of successful product launches
- Self motivated
- Strong computer science and engineering background
- 2+ years of experience working in games or systems that supports game development
- Critical thinking paired with strong execution - ability to work quickly to find the best solution
- Experience optimizing games for performance across an array of systems
- Experiencing working on a multiplayer game & network infrastructure
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and development methodologies
- High quality bar and great attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Prior AA or AAA game experience
- Prior experience working with distributed teams
- Prior Experience building a Web GL game
- Prior experience working in scum and agile
- Prior experience leading a team around a multiplayer game
- Write and maintain documentation for games as well as the systems & features that contribute to gameplay experience
- Keen sense of performance limitations (optimization, streaming, LODs, etc)
