CI Games is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Influencer Manager to join our dynamic team. We're looking for individuals who share our passion for gaming and have a deep understanding of influencer marketing.
About the Role:
As Senior Influencer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our influencer strategy. You will collaborate with our marketing and brand teams to develop and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer strategy for all CI Games releases across multiple platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X, Instagram etc) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify, develop and cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers and influencer agencies in the gaming industry across a wide range of genres in all key geographics.
- Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including budget allocation, KPI setting, and performance measurement.
- Execute best-in-class influencer campaigns and activations, working with influencers in innovative and meaningful ways that go far beyond basic launch coverage.
- Define and lead management, growth and development of CI Games’ content creator programs.
- Organize and facilitate influencer focus groups in the US region to gather valuable insights and feedback on our games and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and brand teams to create innovative and engaging influencer activations to maximise results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and influencer marketing best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing within the Games Industry.
- Experience with Action RPG or Action Adventure Influencer Marketing.
- Experience managing large Influencer Marketing budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience with Influencer Marketing on a global scale or with a focus on the US region.
- Strong relationships with top-tier influencers in Action RPG or Action Adventure genre, and a proven ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
- Passionate gamer with a deep understanding of gaming culture and communities.

Recruitment Process:
- Once our Talent Acquisition team receives your application, together with the hiring team, we will review your CV, portfolio and the answers you provided in the application form and if all the boxes are ticked, we're moving to the next stage.
- Initial call with Talent Acquisition Specialist - During this call you'll learn about the company and we learn about you. We'll talk about your experience & expectations with working in a fully remote environment and we'll talk about your expertise. We'll finish this call with some admin questions. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions as well.
- After the initial call, usually 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team follows. These interviews will be a bit more technical and will go deeper into your experience, skills & knowledge. As you would have signed an NDA by now, you'll also learn a bit more about the project you would work on. During these interviews we'll also focus on finding out whether you're a good fit for our company culture and that we share the same values.
- We may or may not ask you to do the test - this is decided on an individual basis and you will receive instructions with the test.
- If everything goes well, the last step in the recruitment process is the offer presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and your future line manager to discuss the offer and next steps to get you successfully on board.
