We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Community Manager to join our busy studios and support driving our games forward as we experience exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set, plan and implement community communication campaigns and strategies for all our games, from overall strategy to final deliverables, across all the platforms.
- Scale up social media reach, engagement, and conversion to drive measurable results.
- Own social media strategy and implementation to maximise audience growth and the impact of our content.
- Make sure that additional editorial channels, community channels and our website are always populated with the latest, most relevant content.
- Manage the day-to-day running of social and community channels creating innovative and engaging posts that stay on trend with the wider game industry.
- Manage social media calendars, ensuring they support the wider comms plan across paid, owned and earned media.
- Be a reactive and proactive presence across direct-to-customer platforms and other customer service channels.
- Deliver live streams to a regular and consistent schedule to support game launches as well as on-going engagement and retention.
- Organise and manage community events to boost brand awareness
- Report campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring that growth momentum is being tracked whilst learnings and best practices are being shared.
- Participate in discussions with studio teams, bring the voice of our players to these conversations
- Guidance and mentorship to community managers and third-party developer partners, and management of external social agencies and community moderators
- Manage ongoing partnership relationships with key social and community channels
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Community Management or other similar role within the games industry
- Experience in planning, creating, launching and leading successful social campaigns from the beginning to the end with proven results
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs and interpret website traffic
- Passion and knowledge about PC & Console games, from Indie to AAA
- An expert on all things social, a growth marketer at heart with understanding of how to create viral growth through evolving compelling social content and campaigns.
- Capable in all Adobe package software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
- Experience working directly with online communities; building, growing, maintaining and responding to their issues and reporting back to wider team
