Possible tasks (depending on your interest and suitability):

Animation logic & procedural animations (IK, Ragdoll, Soft-Body, etc.)
Lifelike, complex character behavior (virtual personalities)
Solving challenging Unity problems and exploring new avenues
Utilizing the latest Unity technologies (e.g., Ray-Tracing, DOTS, Jobs-System, etc.)
Voice control, dialogue system, and player-character interactions
Character individualization (geometry, blend shapes, hairstyles, clothing, etc.)
Game logic, level design, tutorial, and story implementations
VR/AR developments (navigation/control, Oculus Quest Hand Tracking, etc.)
Interface to 3D graphics, performance optimization, testing
Integration of SAP, APIs, AI (OpenAI and its APIs, AI training), etc.

Your skills/experience:

Important:

Unity3D (2021+) and C#
Passion for game development, being ambitious and motivated
English (fluent, if possible, also "software English")
Proficiency in navigating and modifying pre-existing codebases
Integrating and extending third-party assets into existing solutions
Experience with OOP
Strong communication skills with external team members
Organizational talent, conscientiousness, and quality awareness
Experience with Azure Cloud, OpenAI Service, and AI training
Server experience, especially in Azure Cloud
Familiarity with SAP, APIs, and general API integration
Knowledge of Azure services
