Your role:
This is a unique QA role with a strong focus on animation quality. We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver with animation experience (or a strong eye for animation issues). Your main responsibility will be to test, review, and improve animations, ensuring a high-quality visual experience.
This role is also a stepping stone into Project Management, meaning you will not only identify and fix animation issues but also help optimize workflows, coordinate teams, and improve processes within the company.
Your tasks:
- Quality Control: Review, test, and ensure high-quality animations.
- Bug Identification & Reporting: Find and report animation & visual issues.
- 3D & Visual QA: Maintain overall visual quality in 3D models and graphics.
- Workflow Development & Optimization: Help document, optimize, and control animation workflows.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as an intermediary between management, software developers, and artists.
- Research & Problem-Solving: Conduct internet research to solve technical animation challenges.
- Team Coordination: Ensure a smooth workflow between departments.
Your skills/experience:
Must-have:
- Strong Animation Awareness: A great eye for animation quality (ideally with animation experience).
- Perfectionist Mindset: High standards and strong quality awareness.
- Critical Thinker & Problem-Solver: Able to analyze and resolve animation-related issues.
- Process-Oriented: Organized, structured, and detail-focused.
- Strong Communicator: Can collaborate across teams and push for improvements.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Able to work independently while aligning with company goals.
- Advanced English & Technical Understanding.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in QA and game testing
- Experience in game/software development (Unity, C#).
- Previous work as an animator (Maya, Blender, or other animation tools).
