Job Description:

As a Junior Community Manager at Alderon Games, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between our game development teams and our community of players. You will have a hands-on role in crafting community content, monitoring player feedback, and ensuring player satisfaction with our games.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of all community platforms including forums, social media channels, and in-game communications.
Collaborate with the Community Management team to develop and implement community strategies.
Monitor and report on community feedback, sentiment, and online reviews.
Coordinate with the development team to communicate updates, patches, and game developments to the community.
Engage with the community to build relationships and encourage active participation.
Assist in the organization of live events and community meetups.
Help in managing the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
Adhere to and enforce community standards and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Thorough understanding of major social media platforms including but not limited to Discord, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
Demonstrated passion for effective communication and empathetic listening.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the video game industry and its culture.
Must be a passionate gamer with a strong affinity for a couple of game genres.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in an additional language would be highly beneficial.
Experience in content creation such as streams, videos, and other forms of media is a definite plus.
