We are looking for a Mid-Senior level Producer to manage original game Development, Porting, and Publishing projects. The Producer will manage all aspects of the game production (and sometimes distribution) processes including team management, project tracking, budget and schedule monitoring, and product deliverables.
You Are:
- Experienced in the game industry and comfortable navigating creative and technical requirements.
- Experienced producing games for PC, console, and mobile. Ideally this includes experience with original development, marketing, distribution, and porting pipelines.
- Experienced in developing client relationships from the initial pitch to the final delivery.
- Can assist biz dev with bidding on projects, putting together budgets, schedules and pitch decks.
- A leader: comfortable delegating tasks, solving roadblocks, and overseeing progress.
- A spreadsheet master: you live for budgets and track everything with impeccable detail.
- An excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented and an expert at time-management and balancing multiple projects.
- Experienced working with remote teams.
- Experienced with Slack, JIRA, Trello, Bitbucket, and Google Drive.
- Experienced helping create and maintain company culture.
Bonus:
- Based in North or South America. This is a remote position, but ideally you’re in a similar time zone to most of our team.
- EXTRA BONUS: Based in Los Angeles, California
- Experienced in game design and passionate about creative storytelling.
