We are currently looking for a Senior Producer to join our talented team and help drive our AAA projects to success.
As Senior Producer, you will ensure the project is coordinated in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring the delivery of the product on time and within budget. Working closely with the Product Owner and Art Leads, you will be co-responsible for project/team culture and dynamics. Being familiar with game development production cycles, with the ability to predict production pitfalls, you will facilitate production team support by clearing paths, and ensuring the team has the information and resources needed to complete goals.

LOCATION
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align with stakeholders on major milestones, reviews, deliverables, production phases, holidays and propagating information to the team through regular meetings.
- Prevent siloed teams and establish appropriate channels of communication to brainstorm, problem solve and collaborate effectively.
- Work closely with Art Team Leads to estimate production time and scope, then translate this data into clear schedules for visibility and foresight.
- Able to mitigate risks and provide strategies to help the team navigate challenges and blockers in a timely and effective manner.
- Establish clear and realistic priorities so the team remains healthy, motivated and driven, preventing feelings of work overload, disorientation and stagnation.
- Setting clear paths with Team Leads to ensure members feel a sense of structure and individual career progression.
- Regularly review and ensure team structure contains robust succession and contingency plans.
- Coordinating with the Product Owner to budget for recruitment and production expenses.
- Keeping the Product Owner in the loop on production statuses, velocities, bottlenecks and challenges.
- Oversee the QA testing process to ensure the game meets quality standards and coordinate with QA testers to prioritise and address critical issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as game design, computer science, or business administration.
- 5-8 years proven experience in production and project management, preferably in the video game industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive clarity on projects and delivery-related topics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of game development processes, industry-standard production tools, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Passion for video games and working with teams to develop them.
- Up to date knowledge of the latest art, design and cultural trends, along with advancements in technology and the games industry preferred.
