Art and Programming, the key driving skills in the world of Game Development.
You’re the best of both being a highly-skilled Technical Artist, and you’re looking for your next challenge.
This project in Germany with Yager might just be the one for you.
As the technical art department’s lead, you’ll be overseeing the introduction and subsequent development of art pipelines, which will include software plug-ins, new in-game technology, and proprietary tools.
You’ll also be responsible for the management and training of junior technical artists, helping them reach their potential through training, peer review, and the creation of technical documentation, outlining the processes required in the team.
When complex technical art problems crop up, you’ll be the one who comes to fix them, setting examples for the team in your solutions.
You’re an experienced Technical Artist, with a huge understanding of Unreal 4, Python, and C++ and extensive experience with 3D & 2D creation tools.
A natural leader, you’ve led teams to success, through training, mentoring, and collaborative working. You’re comfortable in the driver’s seat, and your team is equally comfortable alongside you.
You’re also an expert in 3DsMax, Maya, Modo, and Substance, with a lot to teach those more junior than you.
In return for your hard work, you’ll get a fantastic salary, amazing benefits, and work with a studio who not only will set you to work on amazing projects, but also make sure you have a work-life balance too.
