Quality Assurance / Customer Support

We are a small team of extraordinarily talented individuals who share Superbloom’s vision and love of games. We are looking for a QA Specialist to ensure the highest quality of our mobile games while also engaging with customer support efforts to address player concerns.
In this role, you will be working closely with the team to design and execute test plans, manage bugs, and ensure smooth releases. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing, labeling, and responding to player-reported issues, contributing directly to our players' experience.
This role is available as full-time contract, fully remote from anywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute detailed test plans for new features, regression, and other testing flows.
  • Manage bugs and workflows using Jira, ensuring clear communication with the team.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to align QA efforts during feature development.
  • Establish and maintain release processes with the engineering team.
  • Manage customer support by organizing, labeling, and addressing player-reported issues.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance the player experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of QA experience, ideally in mobile gaming or apps.
  • Proven ability to write and execute complex test plans.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar bug tracking tools.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g., regression, exploratory, release management).
  • Experience in customer support workflows for organizing and addressing user-reported issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with development teams during feature planning and implementation.
  • Fluent in English, the primary language for team communication.
