Due to the expansion of the business development department, we are hiring a Business Development Manager

To excel in this role, you should have a compelling sales personality and a data-driven attitude. One of the key challenges of this position is to scale up the sales team by creating a successful growth strategy, while tracking the team performance and making sure that KPIs are achieved.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Define a sales plan aligned with the new size of the sales team and the current and new services of the company
  • Report progress, evolution, and forecast to the management board
  • Monitor and increase the performance of sales team members by using the tools provided by a Business Analyst
  • Build and execute a plan to motivate and engage the sales team
  • Train business developers (lead generators, account managers, or similar profiles). Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople 
  • Overview quotes and estimations for potential clients
  • Coordinate Technical Sales team and business development department
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Take ownership and oversee the coordination of internal resources to resolve issues as identified by the prospect (ie system demos, pitches, budget presentations, etc.)
  • Identify customer profiles crucial for partnerships including key decision makers, individuals responsible for the budget, etc.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in a similar role, ideally selling B2B services in the gaming industry
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • Proficiency using CRM tools (ideally Pipedrive)
  • Work independently, with little supervision
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with clients, members of the team and management
  • Technical background is appreciated (Computer Science or equivalent)
  • Creative mindset for finding commercial solutions
  • Proficiency in english
