remote control productions (rcp) is an independent production house representing Europe’s biggest family of game developers with 10 studios across 4 countries. We make games for all platforms and shipped more than 350 projects in all genres since 2005.
Some of the renown projects from our studios: Angry Birds Epiс & Evolution, Bus Simulator 16/18/21, Rescue HQ, Playmobil The Explorers, Pet Hotel, and My Universe: Pet Clinic.
rcp's unique setup is helping family studios with their 200+ total employees to focus solely on development while we're dealing with the rest as their business partner. Our main activities are business development, creative services, research & analytics, production, marketing, PR, sales, HR, and finance administration.

Field of Activity:
- Business development for the rcp “family of developers“ with a strong focus on sales
- Pitch and sell our game projects to publishers and other potential clients
- Work on customer solutions („work for hire“- sales)
- Evaluate possible feasibility, profitability & risks with other departments
- Research, Identify and secure potential clients for our various teams
- Sales workflow: networking, pitching, negotiating contracts, signing deals, reporting
- Bring in your creativity in consultation services for our teams’ next pitches
- Customer relationship and stakeholder management (clients, partners, rcp developers)
- Visit trade shows, conventions and matchmaking events
- Gather intelligence on industry and market trends from public and network resources
- Consult the developers of the rcp Family how to expand their business and how to create new opportunities
- Strategic guidance of rcp´s business development
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years experience of dealmaking in the games industry
- Willingness to work hands-on in business development/sales
- The latest knowledge about games, genres, platforms, and marketing
- Business creativity (having an eye for pot. opportunities, developing them on the spot)
- Fluent business English (written & spoken)
- Ability to speak German and/or additional foreign languages is a plus
