Project SEED, a blockchain game company, is seeking a talented Senior Unity Developer to join our team. As a Senior Unity Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of gameplay mechanics, user interfaces, and networking systems for our upcoming blockchain game. You will also be responsible for mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers on the team.

- Help the development and implementation of gameplay mechanics using Unity and C#
- Create and maintain efficient and reusable code
- Collaborate with designers and artists to create a seamless player experience
- Optimize game performance and memory usage
- Implement and maintain networking systems
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in game development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and direction of the project
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language
- 3+ years of experience developing games using Unity
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, game design, and user experience
- Experience with networking, multiplayer, and server-client architectures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers
- Strong leadership skills
Bonus Qualifications:
Familiarity with blockchain gaming and NFTs.
