In this role, you will lead and support a subset of team members in specified area(s) to execute the game vision, own day-to-day operations for that area, and maintain alignment with the Producer and game vision.
What will you do?
- Work closely with your team and the Producer to balance creative vision with time, budget, and resources.
- Work with the team, Game Director, and Producer to ensure alignment and development aligns with the game vision
- Foster a healthy team and culture of success
- Fosters effective communication and information flow between disciplines / areas
- Align with the the team and the Producer to drive work to completion
- Utilize, Manage, and Maintain project management & communication tools
- Sustains project structure, processes, and production tools in area
- Serves as backup contact for internal divisions (Marketing, Branding, Community, QA, etc.) and stakeholders (executive team) in specified area(s)
- Serves as a backup contact for external stakeholders (publisher, marketing partners, etc.) in specified area(s)

- A minimum 2+ years experience working in a production role in the game industry.
- Ability to be flexible and creatively solve a variety of challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Being a self-starter who is able to identify and solve problems.
- Enjoys supporting teams to success on the cutting edge of technology
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Appetite to learn new approaches in leadership, and project management
- Actively seeks out criticism and feedback as often as possible to further the iterative process. Encourages all team members to do the same.
