Our goal? To create immersive games within Roblox for clients and to push the boundaries to what is possible on the platform. 

What you’ll do:

Metakey is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team.

In this role you will assist in the Sales and Marketing teams with ideation, day-to-day execution and analysis of social media content and digital marketing plans.

You should be able to demonstrate that you can think outside the box and a creative, self-motivated, highly organised and adaptable problem-solver, with exceptional communication skills— particularly in entertainment / video games. 

In this role, you will:

·         Research, create and pitch strategies for pre-release and GTM campaigns with the team; 

·         Create video and visual content with Adobe Suite (or equivalent);

·         Write compelling copy for a number of social media platforms, blogs and EDM;

·         Manage multi-platform content calendars; Demonstrate basic knowledge of Unreal Engine and Roblox Studio to create content from development builds;

·         Assist in community and influencer management activities;

·         Generate reports and recommendations on channel and campaign metrics. 

What we’re looking for: 

·         Demonstrable experience with social media content creation and profile/campaign management in the industry;

·         An aptitude for delivering content targeting a variety of platforms, player archetypes and demographics, to motivate user acquisition, conversion and retention.

·         Familiarity with project management software (Notion);

·         Intimate knowledge and deep passion for video games culture and community. 

·         Data reporting and analysis (Google, Twitter, Roblox analytics).
