Listed in no particular order are skills and experiences we'll be looking for in a community manager. You don 't need a/' or even most of these, especially if you're notably strong in one or two areas, but generally the more the better:

Listed in no particular order are skills and experiences we'll be looking for in a community manager. You don 't need a/' or even most of these, especially if you're notably strong in one or two areas, but generally the more the better:
- Graphic design
- Video editing
- High quality Gif creation
- Solid understanding of and regular activity on Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook,
- YouTube, etc. Ideally, you can link to some level of success on any of those platforms.
- Twitch/YouTube streaming
- Online community moderation experience
- Experience as a tournament competitor, ideally with a ranking spot on a global, or local
- Power ranking. Also ideally in a fighting game.
- Experience as a tournament organizer
- Prior experience as a community manager or other marketing position
