As Producer, we are looking for a champion of quality, a master collaborator and someone willing to smash through walls to deliver exciting games to our players.
Who You Are:
- You have experience managing and releasing multiple games; direct involvement in game delivery, project management, QA leadership or support with a track record of live ops management
- You are a passionate mobile gamer
- You are a strong communicator, team leader and have a track record of driving quality and on time delivery
- You're proactive and pragmatic, at the same time you look for creative ways to solve problems
How You'll Contribute:
- Working with the Game Director, Team Leads and Product Owners to prioritize and manage the development team's work
- Facilitating the cross-functional teams required for the planning & delivery of new releases
- By collaborating with QA and devOps on releases
- Ensuring that features and release are regularly reviewed and actions tracked
- Communicate project status upwards and outwards, highlighting risks and actions
What you’ll need:
- Proven 3+ years of experience of mobile game development or publishing
- Excellent organization and project tracking skills
- Composure to handle the competing pressures and challenges of day to day game development
- Initiative to work with the diverse range of people needed to develop and support a game
- Experience managing remote development teams
