3D Environment Artist — Void Martyrs (Remote)
We’re looking for an Environment Artist to help us ship Void Martyrs (planned release: 2027). Project is built in Unity and the role is fully remote for ~12 months from August 2026, likely beginning P/T and ramping up to F/T until launch.
What you’ll do:
• Set dressing large environments
• Creating props matching the game’s existing visual style
• Environmental storytelling through composition and scene detail
• Working with kitbashing and modular workflows
We’re especially interested in artists who can make spaces feel lived-in, oppressive, strange, believable, or memorable through smart asset reuse and strong visual storytelling.
Requirements:
• Portfolio required (applications without portfolio will not be considered)
• Strong understanding of environmental storytelling
• Comfortable working within an established art direction
• Experience with kitbashing / modular environment building
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
Remote / Time Zone:
• Fully remote
• CET-adjacent time zones preferred
• Other regions are fine if there’s reliable overlap between roughly 10:00–15:00 CET
Bonus points if you:
• Have shipped games before
• Can iterate quickly
• Understand horror / sci-fi visual language
• Know how to optimize scenes for real-time performance
